  • How do I place an order ?
    You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Also , you can order in two steps by adding to cart the product you need, and then just click the cart icon on top of the home page and will take you straight to the checkout page.   • How much does it cost the delivery?
    Our delivery cost is €4 flat fee, and for purchases above €100 is Free.
  • Do you charge VAT tax?
    We are required by Law to collect sales tax which is 19% for Cyprus. You can review the amount of sales tax you will be charged in the checkout process.
  • How can I track my order status and history?
    To check your order status, please go to your account and choose “My Orders” from the drop down menu. Here you can see your history orders.   • Dose the store is open on weekends ?
    We are open on weekends, but we only receive orders. Please note that orders are processed and delivered during the normal weekdays working hours from Monday to Friday.
  • Do you offer bulk pricing for larger orders?

  • If I change my mind or I am not happy with a purchase, can I cancel my purchase and get refund?

  • Is the item I want going to be on sale soon?
    We offer from time-to-time sales, especially on special occasions and also, we reward our loyal customers with special offers.
  • The product I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
    When our demand exceeds our supply, we offer the pre-order option where you can purchase and pay for in advance which have an availability date based on the estimative period when specific product arrives, or if you wish you can be billed when the product is shipped.
  • How does it work COD (Cash on Delivery) payment?
    Customers are able to pay the amount of COD for their purchase at delivery in cash. Please note that you cannot pay by credit/debit card if you choose this payment method. Also you cannot pay by cheque, only in cash.

  • How long does it take for me to get a refund?
    Once your return is received and inspected by our distribution center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
